Travel planning !!! - Thailand

Ok so the last few days I've been doing lots of reassurch and travel planning for all the countries I'm going to, from how to get to A to B and prices all that stuff and I now feel very prepared and organised for my trip :) (still a few months yet though) so I thaught I would share with you all some really useful websites and links:

The basic ones I've used for everything (flights and hotels) all have apps too!
Booking.com
Egoda.com
Sky scanner
Viator.com - trips and tours

Thailand:
-The above are very cheap ferry sites to get from island to Island and include bus transport in prices too well worth looking into. Easy to plan your trip by looking at the times too.
Themaninseat61
- this person has all the times and prices for buses and trains as well as other useful info.
Www.gadventures.com - trips and tours
Www.straytravel.asia - trips and tours
Our jungle house - tree houses and trips in khao sok national park
*** Another tip for Thailand is to watch people's travel vlogs they can help a lot !!!!

My basic itinerary for Thailand goes like this thanks to websites above.
Bangkok > boat cruise - best way to see hop on hop off - floating market tour - and basic wondering around. 2days

Bangkok > Chaing mai - 8days tour including overnight train both ways- Thai cooking class - hill tribe trek, bamboo rafting and an elephant ride with village overnight stay- shopping and back to Bangkok.

Chaing mai > Bangkok > Cambodia - 5 hour train to Aranyaprathet (48baht or £1)!!!! - sort visa at poppet and the onward travel to siem reap 2 1/2 hours aprox - visit to an amazing wonder Angkor wat then getting the train back the next day.

Cambodia > Bangkok > koh Samui - by ferry 10hours (£21.00) staying on koh Samui for 1night day and a half > khao sok national park 2nights 3days tree house stay and lake raft house stay inc actvitys and food. > Phuket and from hear I've not decided how long in places I want to stay but i will be staying in Phuket and the phi phi islands and doing island day trips and a visit to krabi/ ano nag beach.

Stray Asia arrival pack.

Hi guys so a new update for when i am in Thailand I have canceled the hotel I was in for the first 2 nights to book another one with stray Asia as it means I have already paid for this before hand and for £47 for 2 nights in a single room with air con and ensuite at the Bhiman inn (phra sumen road, Bangkok) the price also includes:

- airport pick up tranfer to hotel
- a complimentary drink on arrival
- a spa voucher for 1 free massage
- free half day floating market tour
- 1 hour free internet
- up to 1 month free lugage storage

So all this for the price of £47 is really worth it and I'm really looking forward to it as I wanted to sort all of the above anyway and now it's all ready sorted and paid for before I even get there so that's a plus, if your going to Bangkok for your first time like me I would recommend this and it is good for the money in Thailand as you will see everything in Thailand is cheaper when you get there to sort it rather than sorting it in England, so this is good and cheap if like me you like to be organised.

The website I sorted this from was from my travel advisor at STA travel but you can do this through stray Asia website - straytravel.asia they also have twitter and facebook to get in touch with other people doing a stray Asia bus trip. They also work in New Zealand too - straytravel.com
